the hotel had a great location near the metro it made traveling easy. the breakfast offered a lot of choices i especially liked the variety each day. the staff were helpful they arranged my airport transfer very efficiently.
my room was quite small it barely had space for my luggage. the bathroom felt outdated and it wasn't as clean as i expected. the air conditioning was not effective it made the room uncomfortably warm.

The location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions, and public transport was close! breakfast offered good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and quick to help with directions or requests.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely fit my laptop.

i appreciated the central location, close to transportation and the railway station, it made exploring simple. our room offered temperature control, and the windows opened, a nice touch for fresh air. the room felt spacious, something i value when travelling.
It was difficult to ignore. (i really wanted to sleep in!).

i had the family room. it was big enough for my whole family. large bay windows provided lots of light. this. the air conditioning worked very well.
water bottles were provided only on the first day. they were not replenished afterwards. this was a small inconvenience.

I appreciated the excellent location a lot! The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The overall experience was great.
The buffet menu did not change at all . It became a bit repetitive after a few days. I hope they consider adding some variety.
